Returns

Repz Sports LLC accepts returns of all UNDAMAGED and UNUSED products purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date. After using our self-serve return Please send the product to the address below with a copy of your original order information or receipt, and a brief note with your contact information. The customer is responsible for return postage. See information below about refunds.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to a week for the refund amount to be posted to your bank account depending on who you bank with.

Reminder: Customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for any returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not receive a refund, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still do not receive your refund, please contact us at info@repzsports.com

Exchanges or Replacements

If you receive your product and it does not fit (such as the ThroForm), you can certainly exchange your product for a different size. Simply complete your Shopify Return and send your unused product to the return shipping address listed below.

Replacements: Products will only be replaced if there are faults in the product that have been caused by the manufacturer and are not results of normal wear and tear or misuse by the consumer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not been fulfilled or shipped. If the order has been fulfilled and shipped, then the order cannot be cancelled. Some items in our store may be offered to you as pre-order items. Please read below on how to cancel pre-order purchases.

Pre-Order Cancellations

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect full payment at the time of purchase and fulfill the order at a later date.
You can cancel pre-order items for a full refund that have not been fulfilled or shipped. If the pre-order items have been fulfilled and shipped, then the order cannot be cancelled.
